Data Processing Agreement

IntentPro takes its data protection obligations seriously. In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place for all customers whose use of IntentPro involves the processing of personal data.

 

Our DPA is not publicly available, but it is provided to prospective and active customers upon request, and must be agreed before any personal data processing begins.
